In early 2018, our founder Daniel Crothers (a Disabled Combat Veteran) began looking into the prospects of forming an esports team after having a conversation with whom would be our first competitive player Jon “titan_stylez” Closterman. After deciding to form an esports organization, they spent months planning and preparing. They wanted to create a organization they would be fans of themselves. One with a core component of community and giving, fair play, dedication and passion.

On August 6th, 2018, Brigade Esports was released along with its first competitive roster playing Rocket League. The initial support was amazing, creating an initial fan base that provided a push to help spread the organization’s story and competitive play.

Having released, Brigade Esports would become one of the only (if not the only) Disabled Veteran Owned and Operated Esports Organizations active at the time. As an organization, Brigade’s roster is not comprised of only veterans/military, but have many amongst the ranks.

This is just the beginning of the story. We look forward to the new chapters as we grow, into the future. We are determined and focused on pushing Brigade Esports to the forefront of the esports community and doing it the correct way.

From our humble beginning to the future success, we will always keep an eye on what is important and we will...
